Learn to Love to Read

At Southmead we take reading very seriously and as part of our reading curriculum we work with Learn to Love to Read, a charity which supports volunteers to come into school and work with our children. They provide:

• 1:1 reading in Key Stage 1
• Termly story and craft events
• Parent workshops

Together we work to embed a love of reading for pleasure.
