Cherry Tree Poetry- Spring

The children of Cherry Tree worked together to create this wonderful, descriptive poem. The language used is amazing and the imagery is so clear, we don’t think we would want to touch stinky, sweaty socks either! Look below to see the finished product!

Who will? By Cherry Tree

Who will touch

Horrible blood filled with slug and snails

Pukey sick marshmallows

Smelly, brown mud

Not me!

Who will touch

Hard, smooth chicken bones

Stinky, sweaty socks

Soft, furry hat

Not me!

Who will touch

Sharp, pointy, broken glass

Rotting, old broccoli

Cold, smelly cheese

Not me!

Who will touch

Nice, sweet, squashy gummy bears

Furry, comfortable toys

Cold, white snow

I will!
